Workbot Case Study # 3: Building Embeddable Chat Widgets That Stayed Scoped to Their Own Knowledge Base

Each chatbot widget was tied to a specific knowledge base and embedded on a third-party website. The challenge was making sure a widget deployed on one website could never access data from a different organisation's knowledge base, could not be manipulated by the page it was embedded on, and still felt fast and responsive to the end user asking questions. Security isolation between widgets serving different organisations was not optional.
